Appointment Options & Follow-Up Care To maintain your legal status in Florida, the state requires regular physician recertification. We offer flexible appointment types to fit your schedule.
- Initial Certification (In-Person Only): Per Florida law, all new patients must complete their first appointment in person with the physician.
- Establish Patient Follow-Ups: Once you have established a relationship with our doctor, you are required do have a follow approximately every 140 days to renew your certification.
- Telephone Visits: For your convenience, follow-up appointments for established patients can be conducted via telephone.
